Our custom rugs are handmade to order, typically taking 4-6 weeks for completion. Once your mock up and order is confirmed, we’ll send you an estimated delivery date. Standard shipping is available, and we also offer international delivery to make sure everyone can enjoy a truly unique rug, no matter where they are.
As each rug is crafted specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns on custom orders. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there’s an issue with the quality or craftsmanship, please reach out, and we’ll do everything possible to address it.
